Website use
This website provides general company, product, development, and service information. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Development information
Products labeled “In development” are unfinished. Features, designs, availability, pricing, platforms, release timing, and other details may change. Nothing on a development page is a guarantee of release or final functionality.
Prime Warden trial and subscription
Prime Warden is offered as an annual subscription priced at $9.99 per year with a seven-day trial. Stripe collects a payment method during checkout. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically begins and renews annually at the displayed price until canceled. Customers can manage or cancel billing through the Stripe customer portal.
When trial or paid access ends, Prime Warden may continue operating in Limited Mode. Limited Mode keeps manual scanning and single-driver updates available but may disable future Prime Warden application updates, batch updating, automatic scans, and automatic updates. Revoked keys may be blocked completely.
License keys and devices
Prime Warden license keys are confidential and may be limited to a specified number of Windows devices. Keys may be revoked for fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized sharing, abuse, or violation of these terms. Deleting or rotating a key may deactivate associated devices.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, names, logos, designs, product identities, and original materials are owned by Prime Fundamentals LLC or used with permission. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use the website normally.
Third-party websites
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Prime Fundamentals is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or policies.
No warranty
The website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Company services and product purchases may be governed by separate agreements.
