Safe deployment rule: website frontend updates never replace the Railway backend volume. Keep the same volume mounted at /data on every backend deployment.
Release publisher
Publish Prime Warden
Upload an installer directly to managed Railway storage, or reference an existing HTTPS release URL. Uploaded files receive a server-calculated SHA-256 hash.
