1. Eligible direct purchases
A first-time purchase made directly from Prime Fundamentals may be eligible when the request is timely, the account is in good standing, the request is made by the purchaser, and there is no evidence of fraud, abuse, excessive consumption, license sharing, chargeback misuse, or violation of the Terms.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@primefundamentals.com within the 30-day window. Include the purchaser email, product, order or invoice identifier, purchase date, and reason. We may request information needed to verify identity, payment, license use, downloads, AI or cloud consumption, and eligibility.
3. Generally non-refundable items
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the following are generally not refundable:
- Requests received after 30 calendar days.
- Renewal charges when cancellation was not completed before renewal.
- Consumed AI credits, cloud compute, storage, generation services, usage-based charges, or third-party pass-through costs.
- Customized work, consulting, implementation, commissioned assets, or services already performed.
- Purchases from third-party stores or marketplaces, which are governed by their refund processes.
- Accounts or licenses suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, credential sharing, chargebacks, unlawful use, security attacks, or Terms violations.
- Duplicate refund attempts, refund abuse, or purchases made primarily to copy, extract, or consume digital content before requesting reimbursement.
4. Subscriptions and cancellation
Canceling stops future renewal as described in the account or payment portal but does not automatically refund prior charges. Access may continue until the end of the paid period or may end earlier when required for security, nonpayment, misuse, discontinuation, or product-specific rules.
5. Product or service discontinuation
Prime Fundamentals may change, suspend, or discontinue products and services. Discontinuation does not automatically create a refund right except where required by law, promised in a specific written offer, or determined appropriate by Prime Fundamentals based on the remaining prepaid service and circumstances.
6. Approval and payment timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when practical. Payment processors and banks control posting time. Processing fees, exchange-rate differences, taxes already remitted, or third-party fees may be non-refundable where lawful.
7. Chargebacks
Contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account, license, and service suspension and may be disputed using account, activation, usage, consent, and transaction records.
8. Mandatory rights
This Policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where mandatory law provides greater protection, that law controls.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy for future purchases. The version accepted or presented at the time of purchase generally governs that purchase unless law requires otherwise.
