Billing and license information
Prime Warden purchases are processed by Stripe. Prime Fundamentals may store Stripe customer, checkout-session, subscription, and status identifiers, along with the customer email, license status, trial and renewal dates, device activation information, and encrypted license-key records. Prime Fundamentals does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
How we use information
Information is used to review and respond to inquiries, operate and secure the website, maintain company records, and improve our products and services. Contact submissions are stored in the protected Prime Command Center for manual follow-up.
Sharing
Prime Fundamentals does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate hosting, databases, security, billing, licensing, or other business systems. Stripe processes subscription payments and maintains its own privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain information for legitimate business, legal, and security purposes. No system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used.
