Release safety rule: code-signed builds can be enabled for unattended updates. Unsigned builds should remain manual SHA-verified installs only.

Use these when Prime Warden reports activation limit, trial-to-paid upgrade issues, or old-device lockouts.

Customer has trial and bought a paid key

  1. Open the customer trial license.
  2. Confirm the device activation is correct.
  3. Have the user redeem the paid key inside Prime Warden.
  4. If activation limit appears, reset old activations for the paid key.

Key says device activation limit

  1. Search the key or customer email.
  2. Open activations.
  3. Delete stale device or reset all activations.
  4. Ask customer to redeem again from the real PC.

Delete key does not work

This console uses the backend's direct DELETE endpoint. If deletion fails here, the returned API error will be shown inline.
